What we keep

The site has no sign-in, so there is nothing to store about you. No email address, no password, no profile. Analytics records anonymous usage — pages opened, searches run, which store links get clicked — so we know which parts of the site are worth improving.

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. It sets a cookie to recognise a returning browser and records page views, clicks and searches. Nothing is linked to a person, because we hold no identities.

Requests are proxied through our own domain, which means a tracker blocker may not catch them. Browser-level Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected.

Opening a store link takes you to that store, where their privacy policy applies. Store links pass through CheapShark's redirect. Artwork is served from Steam's CDN, which means Steam can see that your browser requested an image.

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. GamePrice is operated as an independent project; questions go through the contact page.
